    A favorite of House Cup customers, "Somewhere Blend" is nicely balanced and smooth (not bitter or burnt-tasting)—a recipe lovingly honed by the owners of House Cup Coffee Roasters over plenty of early mornings. Somewhere Blend combines the roasted nut flavors from Brazil with the chocolate, almond and caramel from Nicaragua and Colombia. It is roasted a tad darker than medium blend (we call this "Full City" in the biz) but still feels light enough to be your "every morning" coffee. NOTE: Our coffees now come in one pound (16 oz.) resealable bags. Also available as a separate product in our online store in our unique, compostable, 360-degree filter Kcups.

    If you're looking for a smooth, dark roasted and versatile coffee, the Espresso blend is your answer. A fair trade organic set of beans, this blend is excellent as a pulled espresso shot or a drip brewed coffee for those looking for a deeper flavor profile. Combining the bright fruits from our Ethiopia with the roasted nuts from Brazil and chocolates from Colombia, we've been able to keep the bitterness low while maintaining a full body and bold creama in an espresso pull.
